If you’re reporting a problem, please include the following to help diagnose the issue quickly:

• HopAlert app version (from the App Store)
• Device model and iOS version
• A brief description of what you expected to happen and what actually happened
• Steps to reproduce the issue (if known)
• Screenshots or screen recordings, when helpful

Privacy and data

HopAlert is designed with privacy in mind. The app runs locally on your device and does not transmit your location or personal route data to external servers. When you email support, only the information you include in the message will be seen by the developer.
